I am a South African born dual nationality (South African & British) seeking a rowing coach position at either club/school/university. I am moving from South Africa to the UK in June and looking for a coaching position from July onwards. I am currently a engineering Masters student where I'll complete my studies in the UK.
I have been involved in competitive rowing for 10 years. Where I have competed at the Royal Henley Regatta in 2010, represented South Africa in the lightweight 4- at World Student Games in 2012, South African champion in M2- (2010) & M4- (2012) as well as numerous South African university awards.
I also have coaching experience for school boys (age 15 - 18) at Diocesan College (Bishops) since 2010. My coaching achievements are claiming 1st position in the schools rowing history at South African Junior Rowing Championships for the u16 A8+ (2014) as well as for the u18 2nd 8+ (2010). The u16 A8+ squad that I have coached this year have been selected to represent the South African Schools Federation at the International Ghent Regatta this year.
