Magdalen College Boat Club seeks to appoint a new coach for our men's squad to start in October 2014.
The coach will need to be available for outings at Radley with the first and second VIIIs for approximately 9 hours/week during university term, and also for training camps outside of term. Remuneration will be ca. £8000, subject to experience and availability.
Our men's first boat is placed second in Torpids and fourth in Eights and also regularly participates in major external head races and regattas. Our second boat is placed in the third division in both Torpids and Eights. We are committed to continually improving both the strength and depth of the men's squad and are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic coach to help achieve this.
