Head Girls Coach Vacancy: St Edwards School Oxford
St. Edwards School Boat Club, Oxford, is looking to appoint a Head Coach of Girls Rowing to start in September 2015. This is a part-time role, coaching approximately 20 hours per week during term time, with additional working hours required for attendance at rowing camps, heads and regatta races, as necessary.
St. Edwards is a co-educational boarding and day school with pupils from 13-18. The Boat Club is thriving, with increasing numbers of both boys and girls taking up the sport. The Head Girls Coach will report to the Master in Charge of Rowing. The role entails the coaching of the senior girls squad and also oversight of all girls rowing crews at St Edwards. This will entail the development of coaches throughout the Boat Club, communication with parents and the creation of training programmes for all year groups.
