We are looking for Mens and Women's Head Coach(es) for 2015/2016. The roles will focus on involve some coaching of novice crews at the start of the year and then move on to focus on the first crews.
Both are squads are in a strong position going into next year. We have a committed squad with a high number of returning and experienced rowers.
We would like the coach to work with our team of captains to put together a suitable and flexible training plan for water and land sessions.
