We are looking to take on new coaches to join our team from September 2015. At Barn Elms we specialize in recreational rowing for adult and juniors, schools rowing sessions, as well as running a squad for juniors wishing to race.
Whilst having a level 2 coaching qualification is advantageous it is not a requirement, you just need to have a sound knowledge of rowing and sculling and good communication skills. We offer competitive pay rates, and very flexible working hours.
