St Pauls School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic rowing coach for a part-time position. The successful candidate will join the experienced and successful coaching team and is expected to primarily play a major part in coaching the J14s within the school boat club. They will be expected to safely and effectively coach rowing fundamentals. Additionally they should be able to prepare crews for major races, including but not limited to Schools Head of the River and National Schools.
This is an ideal first coaching role for an experienced oarsman or women looking to move into coaching, however there are also opportunities within the club for candidates with greater experience. The appointment will last from January until the end of June, and includes attendance at a 3 day training camp in Peterborough.
