Looking for mid-weight 8+
Grey College Boat Club, Durham University are looking to purchase a 8+ for their senior men's squad with a crew weight of between 70-85 kg. Looking for a boat in good condition, ideally post-2000's with a budget of approximately £8000, although more may be available for the right boat.
If there is any rowing club that is selling an 8+ after HoRR on 19th March then we are available to view as we shall be competing.

EMPACHER EX-WC COXLESS FOUR (S40) - FOR SALE
Empacher S40 (T459) for sale with carbon two stay riggers. Bought for the Dutch 2007 LM4- at the Munich World Championships.
The boat is finished with the following extras:
- Round carbon profiles at junction between canvas and hull at bow and stern
- Reinforcement at shoulders with additional carbon profile at both sides
- Carbon reinforcement by carbon junction between starbord & portside
After the WC, this boat is hardly used (6-10 months of training), and therefore, it is as good as new.

Boathouse clearout
We have the following boats to sell, based in Oxford:
4x/-: old wooden hwt Stampfli coxless quad with sweep riggers. Boat needs a bit of love and some work on the hull. Lovely old boat, but surplus to requirements. Would also make a good piece of furniture/restoration project. £400 ono.
2x: 65kg Glyn Locke double. Has a bent rigger, so would either need straightening out or new rigger. £800 ono.
1x: restricted wooden single, boatman refurbished recently. Keel rather than a fin and open gates, intended for novices and beginners. £200 ono.
1x: hwt (>>100kg) Aylings single. Perfectly rowable but would need a replacement shoulder. £300ono

I need a bag for my single scull stored on the lowest rack outside, just inches from the ground. Something that wont be appetising to rabbits or rats. I have taken a look at BoatBags.biz, they seem to offer the most reasonable price, but the website is a little bit OTT.. Has anybody out there bought one of these and can give me a review?

Empacher 4- S45 and 4-/x K45 for sale
As part of our equipment turnover we are looking to move on two Empacher coxless fours.
-Empacher S45, carbon two stay coxless four. This boat was used by the Elite four winning crew at HOR4s today for Molesey. It is a built up boat, with the weight range 100-110kg. It is in ex excellent condition and exceptionally stiff as it has been barely. £11,000 inc VAT
-Empacher K45, aluminium three stay coxless four/quad, with both sets of riggers. This is a standard 85-100kg hull. It has had more use as a training boat, but is still in good condition. £9000 inc VAT
